In accordance with Article 64(2) of the Public Procurement Act (ZJN-3), we will conduct an expert dialogue with potential and interested tenderers in February, prior to the procurement procedure for the Mobile Laser Scanning and Spherical Photography.
To this end, we publish here the technical specifications of the subject procurement and invite potential tenderers to review and comment on the content of the technical specifications in advance and to send us any ambiguities or questions by e-mail (mzi.ncup@gov.si) no later than 23.02.2024.
The subject procurement will establish a national Digital Transport Infrastructure (DTI) data warehouse using mobile laser scanning and spherical road photography. The data warehouse will contain the different elements of the DTI, which includes the road network with a comprehensive set of attributes and new requirements in terms of data quality, capacity and level of accuracy, as well as the frequency of network updates. The description of the road infrastructure will cover both the geometry of the road surface, namely at the level of lanes, and the associated infrastructure and other spatially related objects (see annexed technical specifications for more details).
Interested potential tenderers are invited to a preliminary expert dialogue for the subject procurement (Digital Transport Infrastructure) on Monday, 26.02.2024, at 13:00, at the premises of the National Traffic Management Centre (NTMC), Dragomelj 116, Domžale.
