In accordance with Article 64(2) of the Public Procurement Act (ZJN-3), we will conduct an expert dialogue with potential and interested tenderers in February, prior to the procurement procedure Establishment of a national central C-ITS hub.
To this end, we publish here the technical specifications of the subject procurement and invite potential tenderers to review and comment on the content of the technical specifications in advance and to send us any ambiguities or questions by e-mail (mzi.ncup@gov.si) no later than 23.02.2024.
The subject procurement will implement the setting up of a C-ITS server infrastructure with three subsystems (Central C-ITS Station, Platform for exchange of standardised C-ITS messages with external stakeholders including cross-border exchange, Set of interfaces for data exchange with existing and future C-ITS actors providing data for the operation of the envisaged C-ITS system services). In addition to the above, the implementation of certain C-ITS services and scenarios will also be carried out, such as emergency vehicles, level crossing warnings, GLOSA - information on the optimal speed for going through green lights, warnings on the presence of JPT vehicles at stops (more in the attached technical specifications).
Interested potential tenderers are invited to a preliminary expert dialogue for the subject procurement (Establishment of a national central C-ITS hub) on Monday, 26.02.2024, at 11.00 a.m., at the premises of the National Traffic Management Centre (NTMC), Dragomelj 116, Domžale.
